 Hi Mikus,

 Do you have any suggestion on what I should tell users in the release
 notes about this problem?

 Is there any reliable workaround (e.g. reboot) or any specific issues they
 should be careful of to avoid this state (e.g. have a fast DHCP server)?

 Any advice about what to say in the release notes to make this a better
 experience for user is appreciated.
