Because the Help Activity text pulls directly from the online FLOSSmanuals
book, links to external websites are still live. Some of the instructions
involve clicking on those links and performing actions in your browser,
and the natural inclination is for people to click the link in Help and
follow instructions as if Help were a web browser (which it sort of is).
However, Help is modified enough that some instructions that would work in
Browse do not work in Help.

 Here is an example.

 |Test case|

  1. Connect to the internet.
  1. Start the Help Activity.
  1. Go to the chapter on installing Activities and follow the directions
exactly - click on the link to go to the
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Activities page. Since you're online and Help
Activity is a (modified) browser, the link will work, you'll see the page,
 hurrah.
  1. Now (still following the Help Activity directions) click on a .xo file
 to try installing an Activity.
  1. Nothing happens. Why does nothing happen? Didn't I follow the
instructions? Isn't this a web browser? I'm online, I connected to the
right page and everything... (insert more new-user confusion here)
