Comment:

 I had to check out Help while testing #8318 anyway, so: Help-9 is looking
 pretty good. The images reported missing earlier in this thread (by mikus
 - "Give me the internet") are there now. "Credits," however, now appears 7
 times in the sidebar (all pointing to the same page).

 Changing status to 'code' because fixes (for Credits, etc.) are still
 needed. Waiting for the manufacturing image so we can test the final
 version. Seth, please throw it back to me and 'qa signoff' next-action
 when you're all done working on this.
