I started eight laptops running build 8.2-765: Adrian, Betty, Wad, Daniel,
Evan, Ian, Nathan, and Pépe. They had all previously been registered
with a school server, still present on channel 1. All moved successfully
to a simple mesh on channel 6 with a single click in the neighborhood
view. All laptops showed all other laptops in their neighborhood view.
Record (v 58 on all laptops) was started on Adrian, and was shared with
the neighborhood.
All machines but Ian noticed and presented the share in the neighborhood
view.
Wad, Betty, and Daniel joined the share. Each participant took a picture
and they all showed up on all participants.
Evan, Nathan, and Pépe joined the share. All were able to take pictures
and have them seen by all participants.
Five minutes after the activity was shared, Sugar was restarted on Wad,
and while it still saw all participants, it didn't see the Record share.
(This is the bug this ticket is reporting.)
PlayGo was started on Ian and shared with the neighborhood. All laptops
except Pépe saw the shared application. Pépe did see Ian in the
neighborhood, it just didn't show a shared PlayGo activity. (Possibly
the same bug, possibly a new one...)
Adrian tried inviting Ian to the Record activity. Nothing visible
happened on Ian.
Betty started playing Go, and invited Nathan. Nathan saw the invitation
and started playing a game with Betty.
Logs are attached from: Adrian: CSN74703239, Pépe: CSN74902456, and Ian:
