Comment:

 It happened to me while testing 8.2-765:  I Restarted, launched Firefox,
 then discovered I have no wireless connectivity:  both radio LEDs are
 dark, no AP nor mesh icon in frame, and Neighborhood view is totally blank
 (see screenshot). Things went back to normal after another Restart.  Sorry
 I neglected to collect any logs.  I can't recall ever seeing this happen
 before.  Control Panel has radio enabled and Power Management options both
 disabled.

 I'm assuming this is low priority until more evidence appears.
