 Using composition in build 8.2-765 .
 When Browse was loading a page, I hovered the back button showing its
 palette (that browse is heavily rendering a webpage seems to be important
 to replicate this bug). The palette then became always visible and on top,
 in all zoom views. To make it go away, I once closed Browse (it worked),
 but this time hovering over the Refresh button was enough.
