Comment:

 Please test this in the latest 765 image.

 If it still fails we would like to know if earlier versions of the app
 work in 765.
 If it does that would point to it being an activity change and not
 relevant for the whole release.

 And/or test the same version of the activity in an earlier version of OS
 (e.g. 711 or maybe 75x) and if that works then it would point to a
 possible problem with 8.2 train.

 Best case is we learn something important abuot run away memory usage.
 Second best ts a trivial fix in the activity. Worst case, we learn
 nothing.
