Comment:

 After some IRC interactions with tomeu and marco, I was able to add
 working sound support to SimCity-5.xo.  (At least, it works in 8.2-760.  I
 haven't tested it in early software releases
 yet.)

 However, due to bug #8307 in the Security implementation or pygame,
 Simcity-5.xo doesn't play sound under 8.2-760 *unless* you turn off
 Rainbow by removing the empty file /etc/olpc-security.
