 Below is the dmesg log (libertas_debug=0x180) for one instance of this
 problem.  This is the log for one individual association request via
 {{{wpa_supplicant}}}.  The "scan
 table:" line is printed at the end of a full scan (all channels).
 In each output we see that the requested AP (SSID=cozybit) is found
 and reported.  Yet it takes 8 full scans before an association request
 is formed.
