Comment(by cscott):

 hexdump /dev/random will always "stall quickly" -- we just don't have much
 entropy in the system.  The question is, how much randomness do we need to
 seed the pool with in order to get Browse to start?  We could potentially
 add a wrapper around Browse that just cats some entropy from /dev/hwrng to
 /dev/urandom before invoking Browse.
