Comment:

 The same happens when editing the title of a Journal entry. The resulting
 metadata property string is not normalized.

 I added a work-around for the Sugar-created strings displayed in Etoys
 (#8351). But still, as Albert said, we really should use the normalized
 form as explained by Albert above.
