 Hi Michael,

 Assuming that Gcompris is the same code which worked in previous releases,
 I wonder if this problem is related to memory management.

 Do we know if other activities use more memory or continue to consume ever
 increasing amounts as they run?

 The fact that this one eats up all the available memory as soon as it
 starts sounds suspiciously like our core OOM challenge..

 Just a hunch but any input or suggestions on how to investigate this
 better are appreciated.
