 We've come pretty far!  Sj: what's the "C" license? (I assume a typo?)
 and Biology-7 is still missing license information.  arjs is going to give
 me a properly licensed Measure-19 tomorrow.  Can someone contact
 spot at redhat.com about the Scratch license and get a go/no go?
