 8.2-763.  At home, my using control-panel-update does not work because of
 the nature of my internet connection.  So I end up using a CLI command.
 For activity bundles, the CLI command 'sugar-install-bundle' works well.
 But if I try to use 'sugar-install-bundle' for library bundles, it tells
 me: 'sugar.bundle.bundle.MalformedBundleException: All files in the bundle
 must be inside a single directory whose name ends with ".activity"'.  [And
 there is no other CLI command suitable for installing library bundles.]
