 Build 8.2-763. Just testing in Spanish, and I notice that Journal is
 presented in English. Its toolbar filters show as 'Anything' and 'Anytime'
 (along with their English pop-up content). The mouse over palette on
 entries is also in English ('Resume', 'Copy', 'Erase'), as well as the
 detail view text ('Description', 'Tags', and 'Participants'). Dates listed
 for journal entries are however correctly localised.
