 There is a very nice feature regarding activity bundles -- the activity
 registry is being rebuilt each time the XO is booted.  Given the presence
 of this feature, a subdirectory can be manually removed from
 /home/olpc/Activities - and after a reboot the XO's knowledge of "what
 activites are installed" is correct and usable.

 It would be nice if a similar feature were available regarding library
 bundles -- the user could remove items from /home/olpc/Library, reboot,
 and the XO would "know" what library bundles were still usable.
