 Library bundles downloaded from the web can be deleted from the journal
 (as with activities downloaded that way).  Bundles downloaded/installed
 via the software updater cannot, save via the Terminal.

 Currently this is b/c bundle deletion is magically handled via an option
 in the home view palette.

 The converse of this bug is that, now that we are relying on the magic
 above for permanent deletion, you can delete an activity you rely on
 permanently by selecting the wrong hover option from the home view and
 (perhaps without noticing, after switching screens a few timesand coming
 back home) accepting the next confirmation dialog.
