That was a superious interface. Giving up on it was not good.
The pie slices could instead be computed by RAM reservations. Activities
that don't specify
a RAM reservation have to share a whole pie without slices.
For activities that do specify a RAM reservation, this bug would be mostly
solved. There would be no OOM issues with such activities. There would
also be a small improvement in the problem of starting multiple copies
unintentionally.
