 The test case is:
 Set the language setting of the laptop in some language other than
 English, say, Spanish/Argentina. Start Etoys.  Once the car start running,
 click on the treasure box in the bar.  The left most one is "Object
 Catalog" (translated).  Drag it out.  In the Object Catalog, Go to the
 multimedia tab.  During the the transition, the camera LED flashes once
 (internally the instance is created to create the thumbnail but discarded
 right away). And if you drag out the Camera object.  With this fix, it
 works, but before the fix, the LED stays on when you switch to multimedia
 tab and the camera object you drag out doesn't work.
