 Chris argued to me further that the sheer annoyance caused by this bug
 makes it worth accepting the fix. I can accept that argument, particularly
 since it sounds like this change has received independent testing.
 However, in exchange, I need your help taking the load off the QA team
 elsewhere by, say, writing and executing some activity test cases. With
 this bargain in mind, I approve
