 Trac search might be okay as-is.  'And' is implied if you enter multiple
 search words.  For example:

 When I search for 'wamm' I get 50 hits.[[BR]]
 When I search for 'hog' I get 35 hits.[[BR]]
 When I search for 'wamm hog' I get only 2 hits (the intersection of the
 previous two searches).[[BR]]

 I discovered this behaviour only an hour before seeing this ticket!
