 Joyride-2462, TurtleArt-10. With an instance of TurtleArt already running,
 trying to resume a different TurtleArt Activity entry from the Journal
 just results in the existing instance being brought to the front. The
 resumed Activity content does not launch. An example use case, would for a
 kid to be working on code bricks to make a fractal fern shape, they then
 decide they want to looking at a fractal tree they already have in their
 Journal from a previous lesson so they can look at the code bricks. They
 can start multiple instances and work on each, but they can't resume more
 than one instance at a time.

 Marco, I tested Paint-23 in the same way, and it resumes multiple
 different paintings at the same time, however I'm not satisfied this isn't
 something on the Sugar side, hence me Cc'ing you here too (I had Moon do
 it once one me but I can't repeat, TurtleArt does it every time for me).
