shows all group Activities as available updates

 Testing joyride-2462. Using the Control Panel software update module, and
 hitting the cancel button (I think after it's at least downloaded the
 joyride test group) will then present a list of what looks like all the
 group (~27) Activities as installable updates, even though you have those
 versions installed already.

 Should probably go back to the end state where it has the refresh button
 available.

 I tested in build 8.2-760 but could not reproduce it there, so I'm
 thinking it's something related to the custom activity group that is added
 for the joyride build.
