I asked for a non-savvy but MS Word computer user to test Write for me.
When I asked her to Bold a piece of text she had written, she went for the
"Format" tab, where she couldn't find that option. When I showed her that
it was present in the default "Text" toolbar, she thought it didn't make
sense, because she assumed that actions like bolding, changing size, etc.,
where "formatting" operations. When I showed her the purpose of the
"Format" toolbox, like making Headings, and bullet points, she suggested
 renaming it to "Styles".

My understanding is that maybe the options in "Format" don't appear in the
"Text" toolbox because of lack of space in this toolbox.

I also think that both "Text" and "Format" toolbox options are related in
 that they both format Text.

Consider this for the future redesign of Write (tab-less?) toolboxes.
