Comment:

 changed /usr/share/sugar/data/sugar-xo.gtkrc as the patch would do on
 joyride-2456 and the cursor blinks three times and then stops blinking in
 the favorites view search bar and browse's address bar.  It doesn't stop
 blinking in this text area, though.

 But I think this is all that was able/intended to be done with this patch.
 Just noting.

 Click in the Favorites view's search area (entry widget) at the top of the
 screen and count how many times the cursor disappears while blinking.  It
 should disappear (blink) three times and then stop blinking.
