Comment:

 Kim and I experimented today with collaboration over the access point,
 while taking advice from Mihail Bletsas.

 Here is the conclusion (which will go into the Release Notes):

 Collaboration between laptops is also possible, if they are connected to
 the same computer with an access point. But if you have several access
 points in the same area, and they are assigned the same SSID, then you
 have to enable them to forward multicast. Not every access point available
 in the market has that feature.

 I'm closing this ticket.
