 For the 8.2 release, we need to mark the 'better power management' feature
 in the Sugar Control panel as 'experimental'.

 This was decided at the Release Readiness meeting. We understand that it
 won't be translated for 8.2.

 The other option was to remove it altogether. Everyone agreed that it
 would be good to keep it there.
