 This functionality is in sugar-update-control 0.14.

 In the future we may distinguish activities and content better, but in
 fact we expect to merge them more in 9.1 -- activities may contain
 content, and vice versa.  Take Scratch, for example, which is both an
 activity, and also contains a lot of content intended to be used with that
 activity, but could also be used in other activities as well.
