 I run Ubuntu hardy and have a portuguese keyboard layout. Running sugar-
 jhbuild and even having chosen Portuguese in the Control Panel, it doesn't
 use my keyboard layout (seems to be using US).

 This is important for when Sugar becomes an extra desktop in distros, so
 that it correctly uses the user configured keyboard layout.
