 sugar-handbook.pdf was in /usr/share/activities/bundle-archive along with
 obsolete .xo bundles, all linked from its  "Activity and Library Bundles"
 index web page.  I believe as part of fixing bug #8029 the entire
 /usr/share/activities/ directory is gone, which resolves some other
 content bugs but means ''all'' library content is gone from the build.  No
 more "Les jeux de plage" music from Ehma either :-)

 I believe that you can package a PDF in a .xol content bundle, list it at
 http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Collections aka "Library Grid" for download, and
 even nominate it in response to Greg Smith's message "G1G1v2 Activities"
 that requested nominations for "activities we ship with 8.2 when its
 manufactured for G1G1 users".  But I'm just a dog on the Internet.
