 Reproduced. It happens only when a laptop sits on a mesh network, and the
 Record runs in the shared mode (not just running on an individual
 machine). That dark icon (representing the Record after an attempt to stop
 it) in the top of the screen disappears when the "Stop" is click on, and
 than reappears after a while. Wnen this happens, the laptop can't be
 rebooted in the "normal" way.
