 As a test I copied fs.zip and os714.img to /var/www/html.  Apache serves
 the files to other web clients but the firmware doesn't seem to notice.
 Messages are:

 Trying http:\\172.18.0.1\fs.zip
 Scan for: OLPCFW not found
 Scan for: school-mesh-0 found
 Associate with: school-mesh-0
 Event: Link Sensed

 We need to find out exactly what the XO is trying to do.
