Comment:

 I really need to see the output from the olpc-update command (which is not
 included in the attached logs) in order to diagnose or debug this at all.
 I don't know what to make of the 'unsecure->secure' change reported; that
 should be a change which it is impossible for olpc-update to make.  In the
 future, please save the failing machines for me and show me them in situ;
 I can't effectively do post-mortem debugging on these issues.
