 I wrote a new tool "sugar-tp" listing for each Telepathy connection the
 online contacts. This can be useful to debug bugs as #7893 by comparing
 the list of contacts known by the CM and the list of buddies in the PS.

 It's probably post 8.2 as this script needs a small fix in telepathy-
