 For these first couple of patches, I would like to make sure that the
 round trip works correctly from:
 write docstring
 create patch
 apply patch
 merge back into pydocweb

 After we know it works, the process will be same same as        Sayamindu
 updating the tree from pootle.

 If you feel comfortable with the process, I can do the commits myself.
