 "The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded." is displayed by the Browse
 activity without any hint as to what a URL is or what defines it's
 validity.  This message is also misleading because URLs require a scheme
 specifier, colon and leading double-slash which Browse (helpfully)
 defaults to http://

 A local help file describing the URL format and usage would improve this
 situation.  RFC 1738 is a bit dense for young readers.
