 I'd suggest something like this:

 |Testcase|

 Install an update.1 build. Run the Browse activity and try to download
 something with it. Close Browse. Upgrade to the latest 8.2 stable build.
 Start Browse, try to download a file from the web and verify that the
 download is started and completed successfully.
