#8494: Wrong key press order for Amharic characters

 Normally to write a single Amharic character we press the consonant first
 and followed by the vowel but now with the xo it works the other way round

 And it will be great if it works the consonant first and then the vowel,
 this how most of us are familiar with and the other Amharic
 softwares(power geez)works this way.
