 Happened to be running a ported Linux application which puts up multiple
 screens.  As far as I could tell, I appeared to be able to alt-tab
 successfully among them.  BUT THE !#$%! FRAME GOT IN THE WAY.

 Out of sheer self-defense, I'm going to have to go into Sugar and __NOOP__
 the places where it raises the !#$%! frame.
