 Found the problem - we delete a file checked-out from the datastore on
 #close. But the FileList used for displaying the file closes it and only
 remembers the name. When it tries to open the file, it is gone.

 Possible workaround: do not delete the file if #edit was sent to it. It
 then will not be deleted at all, but since it's in the instance directory
 it should get cleaned up by rainbow when exiting ...
