Comment:

 I am now testing beta build 8.2-760 which has Q2E17 firmware (so fix for
 #8089 is not yet in my XO).

 The bug persists in build 760: both Browse-96 and Firefox-6 fail to launch
 after a cold start, until the cursor is pushed around a bit more, then
 they launch okay.

 In ctrl-alt-mesh console,
 {{{
 # hexdump /dev/random
 }}}
 stalls rather quickly, and
 {{{
 # hexdump /dev/hwrng
 }}}
 has too many zeros (more than 1 zero per 16 characters of data).

 I want to see how these perform after Q2E18 gets into the next beta build.
