 DHCP has this cute feature where the DHCP server can set the time zone for
 all of its clients.  This would be very useful in deployments to set kid's
 time zones correctly.  dh_client actually supports this (see trac #8190).

 *However*, sugar uses its own timezone configuration and overrides the TZ
 setting, so the timezone set by DHCP won't be seen by the child.  We
 should fix this so that sugar uses the standard /etc/localtime means of
 setting timezone and thus the sugar and DHCP mechanisms will cooperate.
