Comment:

 Looks like anything that KP_XF86Start is not generated when more than two
 layouts are enabled. While the reason for this is not clear to me, for the
 time being, we can have a workaround where group(olpc) contains the
 appropriate mapping.

 Bernie, does that make sense to you ?
