Comment:

 I think it's too late to block on this, but it's a valid bug.  I'm not
 sure what the right way to push out the new value is -- Sugar reads
 battery status from HAL, and HAL gets battery status interrupts from the
 kernel, so should the kernel be creating one of these interrupts at
 resume-time?
