 When showing an Etoys project in the browser, the page displayed is in
 English. It should be translated.

 There should be a po file with the strings. Then we could convert to json
 which could be embedded in the launcher page script. This one seems to be
 BSD licensed:
 http://code.google.com/p/asynapse/source/browse/trunk/perl/Asynapse/bin/po2json.pl

 Not sure if we can access the Browser's language tag from javascript,
 possibly we have to generate the language tage on server-side and insert
 as variable to the script.
