Comment:

 Seen again today on joyride-2414. This has to do with resume for sure,
 adjusting the owner.

 The machine went to sleep with the console showing. I switched to X waking
 it up. But somehow something is still thinking the Console is still
 active. The console-cursor is rendering *through the X window". When the
 machine goes idle sleeping and then wakes up restores the console screen
 fully, the login cursor starts to blink. But then moving the mouse
 confirms X is still active, the Sugar cursor is shown and moving. Clicking
 somewhere to force some X redraw then renders gradually on top of the
 console screen. Meanwhile the console cursor is still blinking.

 I'll attach another photo.
