 The attached patch reduces the key installation time by at least a factor
 of 4.
 This seems to be sufficient to succeed in the GTK handshake on my setup,
 but the installation time is still on the margin and usually the
 supplicant will have to retry a few times.

 I was able to complete the GTK handshake in 20 consecutive test iterations
 (test results attached), but sometimes it takes almost a minute to
 successfully complete WPA key exchange.
