 Current default value for route expiration time is 10 seconds. This is a
 short period and results in high overhead from the path discovery
 mechanism (10 nodes constantly exchanging traffic with each other will
 consume 15% of the available airtime only with the path discovery
 traffic).

 Increasing this time to 20 seconds (for now, since in the future what is
 desirable is to adapt this period dynamically) will cause no harm in face
 of the expected mobility patterns of a student using an XO.

 This will reduce the overhead in 50% and make more spectrum available for
 applications.

 To set the route expiration time to 20 seconds:
