 The laptop got frozen (no response to the internal and external mouse, as
 well as to the internal keyboard). Networking lights were "on". There was
 no response to a key combination to get to the Linux shell (virtual
 terminal), until the combination was hit several times, eventually
 allowing to get to the shell and collect the log file.

 After that, the machine started to behave properly.

 The log file is attached.
