 anaconda writes ifcfg-eth0 and ifcfg-eth1 if the NICs are present. Those
 files are written _after_ RPM is all done.

 Workaround:

 after a new install,
  - login as root
  - cd /etc
  - make -f xs-config.make earlyset
  - reboot
